• Service: All features available in the app.

2. Rules and Prohibitions

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives.
• Drugs and banned substances.
• Counterfeit or forged products.
• Endangered animals.
• Pornographic or offensive content.
• Official documents or IDs.
• Personal data of others.

Also prohibited:

• Impersonation or misleading.
• Fraud or price manipulation.
• Sending spam messages.
• System hacking or misuse attempts.

3. Nature of Service

• App is an electronic intermediary connecting sellers and buyers.
• We don't intervene in negotiations or prices.
• We don't guarantee product quality or safety.
• Financial transactions between sellers and buyers occur outside the app and are parties' responsibility.
• Verifying products and sellers is the user's responsibility.
• We're not party to any transaction.

4. Feasibility Studies

• Guidance estimates, not investment advice.
• Based on assumptions and general data.
• We don't guarantee accuracy of projections or profits.
• Users are responsible for their decisions.
• Advised to consult specialists before making decisions.

5. Tech Services Marketplace — Mandatory Terms

• Financial transactions between service providers and clients occur outside the app and are the parties' responsibility.
• We don't guarantee project quality or timeline adherence.
• Service providers are independent, not our employees.

Allowed Services

Strictly Prohibited

• Malware or hacking.
