بيانات تقنية
- نوع الجهاز، النظام، عنوان IP (مجزأ / محجوب)، الكوكيز، إحصائيات استخدام مجهولة.

9. الحماية
نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية لحماية البيانات.

- Google Firebase — تحليلات وخدمات (Analytics, Auth, Firestore, Functions, Cloud Messaging).
- Google AdMob — عرض الإعلانات (Banner / Interstitial / Rewarded / App Open). يجمع معرفات الجهاز (IDFA على iOS)، عنوان IP، بيانات الاستخدام العامة، لأغراض عرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال الإعلاني. سياسة خصوصية AdMob.
- Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) — إدارة موافقة GDPR / UK GDPR للإعلانات في أوروبا.
- Apple ATT (App Tracking Transparency) — طلب إذن التتبع من المستخدم قبل استخدام IDFA.
- Google Apps Script — معالجة بيانات.
- Google Places API — المواقع.
- Claude AI — تحليلات النصوص.
- Apple In-App Purchase — معالجة المدفوعات داخل التطبيق.
الإعلانات المخصّصة:
إذا وافقت على إذن التتبع (ATT) ووافقت على شاشة موافقة Google UMP (للمستخدمين في الاتحاد الأوروبي / المملكة المتحدة)،
فقد يتم عرض إعلانات شخصية. يمكنك رفض ذلك في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS أو إعادة ضبط الخيار من داخل التطبيق.
11. المدفوعات داخل التطبيق
المدفوعات في التطبيق نوعان:

• لا نصل إلى بيانات بطاقتك.

• المسؤولية الكاملة على الأطراف المتعاملة.

12. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما الحساب نشط. يمكن طلب الحذف أو إلغاء الحساب في أي وقت.

- الوصول أو تصحيح البيانات.

- إيقاف الإشعارات أو الإعلانات المخصصة.
14. الأطفال والقصر
- التطبيق موجّه للبالغين (18+).
- لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عمداً.
- قد نحذف أي حساب قاصر يتم اكتشافه.
15. القانون المعمول به
- تُطبّق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
- قد تنطبق قوانين دولية عند استخدام التطبيق خارج السعودية.
- اللغة العربية هي المرجع.

- يحق لنا تعديل السياسة أو الشروط.
- يتم إخطار المستخدمين داخل التطبيق.
- الاستمرار يعني الموافقة على التعديلات.

We retain data while the account is active. Users can request deletion or account cancellation at any time.

- The app is intended for adults (18+).
- We don't knowingly collect children's data.
- Minor accounts detected may be deleted.

- Arabic language is the reference.
16. Modification and Notification
